Out of all the drama surrounding #MomTok, Whitney Leavitt is not concerned about The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives poster.
“It’s so good, right?” Whitney, 32, exclusively shared in Us Weekly’s cover story. “I think all of us look absolutely stunning. I’m going to post a video of the behind the scenes of how we took that shot because we were in a 3,000-gallon pool and it was surreal and amazing. Who knew angels could be so sexy?”
Some fans, however, began obsessing over the poster, questioning cast members’ placements in the season 2 promo picture.
If you ask Whitney, people can stop digging into where people are placed and maybe enjoy a dirty soda instead.

“That photo looks stunning,” she added. “Regardless of the placement – whatever that means – [is] nothing to me. I look hot, so that’s all that matters to me. They edited me? Great.”
During season 1 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, Whitney found herself as an outsider in the group as she struggled to fit in with the cast.
In the finale, which aired in September 2024, Whitney shared that she was leaving the #MomTok group and pregnant with her and husband Connor Leavitt’s third baby. (She welcomed son Billy Gene Leavitt one month later.)
Whitney later confirmed she would be part of season 2 when she entered back into the group chat.
When asked if she had any hesitation coming back for another season, Whitney said it was more of a feeling of anxiety.

“I need to make sure to be in a place grounded to have these hard conversations and then go into it not knowing what the outcome is going to be because I do have a very controlling personality,” Whitney explained to Us. “I love that I know what I want, but I’m not going to manipulate someone into doing something they don’t want to do. … I’m very much the one in the group where it’s like, ‘I’m going to text everyone to get together and create videos.’ I just naturally take on that role.”
Regardless of what fans thought of Whitney in season 1, the reality star is hopeful that a brand-new season can offer a different perspective on a woman just asking for some “sympathy and grace.”

“I think people are just so quick to judge,” she said. “I’m just such a fun person. I want to go out and have fun. That is so much of Whitney, and I kind of don’t even feel like you see that season two because it’s me having these hard conversations, and I just had a baby so maybe season three we’ll get some fun out of this girl. Holy hell.”
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 2 premieres on Hulu Thursday, May 15.
