Query: Dear Mary Frances, I’m writing in the hope of getting some legal clarity on an issue that has become increasingly stressful for our family.
I live on a smallholding in that has been in our family for three generations. My husband and I farm sheep and have always accessed our back fields via a gravel lane that runs along the edge of our neighbour’s land.
