Coffee? Who the fuck needs coffee when you’ve got this new Stolen Gun demo? Stolen Gun – the new project featuring Vincent Bennett (The Acacia Strain), Brandon Albaugh (Thus Spoke Zarathustra), Duncan Newey (No Cure, Bleak, Emaciated), and Danny Grant (Pure Bliss) – is now streaming their debut effort Demo 2025 and it’s brutal.
This demo is comfortably approaching grindcore territory with heaping doses of powerviolence and hardcore thrown in. Personally, I challenge anyone to listen to “Eat The Skull” and resist the urge to destroy everything when the breakdown hits.
“Conceptualized over the internet, written over months, recorded in New York Texas and Maryland,” wrote Bennett of the band. “Demo available on streaming services (Apple Music takes a little while longer…) and at stolengun.bandcamp.com”
