A senior partner at accountancy firm KPMG must pay her former nanny €55,575 — as she was found to have discriminated against her after she became pregnant.
Emer McGrath, head of audit in KPMG, has not appealed a Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) finding from March which found that she had breached the Employment Equality Act by dismissing her nanny on New Year’s Eve 2023.
