Putting yourself on a sprawling stage to perform to a potential audience of 160 million people may seem like an incongruous thing to do if you’re a “very shy” person.
But when a golden opportunity came along to enter RTÉ’s Eurosong contest last February, TikTok singer Emmy (24) grasped it with both hands.
