Tyler Cameron has a feeling that girlfriend Tate Madden might just be The One.
“I hope so. That’s our plan. That’s our goal,” Tyler, 32, told Us Weekly exclusively while discussing his partnership with Lubriderm, promoting the brand’s Daily Moisture Lotion Fragrance Free. “I think she is everything that I’ve ever wanted in somebody, and she is also my best friend on top of that. I think that’s all a good recipe right there.”
Tyler confirmed his relationship with Tate in September 2024, two years after they met filming his show, Going Home with Tyler Cameron. The former Bachelorette star admitted to Us that he “sometimes” lacked communication during the early days of their relationship — which is why they waited to take things public.
“She didn’t always understand what was going on when it was going on,” he explained, referring to having a former reality star boyfriend. “That was a big step for us. Now, being in the public eye, you basically add a third party to your relationship. They’re always going to scrutinize or say something. It’s learning how to navigate through that, and I think she’s done a great job at it — and so far, it’s been good.”

Another hurdle they’ve, kind of, experienced? Learning how to separate business and pleasure.
While Tyler said it can be easy for them to separate the two, sometimes both he and Tate forget to “turn business off” because they’re both such hard workers.
“You put something in front of us, we’re going to go all out at it,” he said. “Next thing you know, it’s like 11:00 at night and we’re in bed and we’re still ordering stuff. … We’ve had to learn how to balance it.”
While Tyler and Tate are going strong, he had “no problem” separating himself from all of her skincare tips in favor of using Lubriderm only.
