Jennifer Garner and boyfriend John Miller are taking a big step in their relationship.
“John is basically living with Jennifer part-time,” a source exclusively reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly, noting that the businessman, 47, moved out of his Los Angeles home before a string of deadly wildfires devastated the area in January.
The insider notes that Miller is currently figuring out his next steps.
“He has an office in L.A. and splits his time between staying there and at Jennifer’s home,” the source adds. “But he’s been staying with Jennifer more often [and] doesn’t want to impose, so he’s looking for his own place… [and] deciding whether he’ll rent or buy.”

Garner, 53, and Miller began dating in 2018 after the actress finalized her divorce from Ben Affleck. The exes, who were married for 10 years, share kids Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13.
Miller, for his part, was still married to ex-wife Caroline Campbell when he and Garner started seeing each other. Miller and Campell, who share two kids, split in June 2011 and got back together in February 2012. The twosome filed divorce papers again in October 2014. Us confirmed that Miller’s divorce was finalized in November 2018.
Garner and Miller briefly broke up in 2020 but reconciled the following year.

Affleck, 52, and Garner’s relationship post-split became a hot topic last year after the actor split from Jennifer Lopez. (Lopez, 55, filed for divorce from Affleck in August 2024. Their divorce was finalized in January.)
Amid Affleck’s split from Lopez, the Oscar winner and Garner were spotted multiple times together, fueling reconciliation rumors. However, the duo have remained close pals and amicable coparents following their split. Multiple sources confirmed to Us that Garner and Miller are still going strong.
“Everything is fine with John and Jen,” a source told Us exclusively in February. “Those close to them haven’t heard of any issues.”
An additional source told Us that Miller was unbothered by Garner and Affleck’s dynamic.
“He doesn’t get jealous and understands Jennifer prioritizing her kids,” an additional insider told Us in March. “[John] sleeps over at her home often. The way he talks about her is the same. There are no whispers of a status change in their relationship.”
Earlier this month, Miller and Garner were spotted on a rare outing on Easter. The couple were photographed packing on the PDA.
