Timothy Boomer
A man convicted of taking ‘upskirt’ photos of two teachers while he was a pupil at a Co Fermanagh school featured in a PR initiative by a leading arts body.
Timothy Boomer was one of six young people awarded a £5,000 bursary earlier this year. The award is funded by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, with professional broadcast arrangements facilitated by the BBC.
