Teen Mom: The Next Chapter may have just dropped a big hint that a cast member could be pregnant.
During the Thursday, May 15, episode of MTV’s reality show, a sneak peek at the upcoming finale showcased a positive Clear Blue pregnancy test.
While fans will have to watch the season finale on Thursday, May 22, to get more official details, viewers are already speculating about who could be expanding their family.
On this week’s episode, Briana De Jesus officially got her tubes tied, suggesting she is done having kids. As for Jade Cline, she opened up about the pros and cons of getting pregnant again with husband Sean Austin.

“I think we’re in this ‘what’s next’ era,” she told Briana. “I feel like everything is good with [7-year-old daughter] Kloie. She’s all grown up. … I feel like he’s got a plan in his head of what he wants to do but I don’t know what I want to do.”
A few weeks later, cameras rolled as Jade speculated that something may be off about her body.

“I check my cycle app because I’ve been tracking the ovulation and everything on my phone,” she told Briana during a phone call. “I check it and it says I’m 11 days late. I don’t think I’ve ever been that late on my period. I’m in a sweat right now. I honestly feel like I’m going to cry. Everything is going to change.”
At the moment, however, Jade hasn’t officially shared any news. Plus, this season of Teen Mom has featured multiple couples thinking about expanding their family.
Cheyenne Floyd and Zach Davis have been open about wanting to add another child to their family.
“We’re figuring it out,” Cheyenne exclusively told Us Weekly at the Us + Maidenform’s Reality Star Style Awards party in April. “[My friend] Zaina Sesay froze her eggs and she put me in contact with the great fertility clinic and we’re doing everything that we can.”
She added, “Zach and I have been trying to get pregnant for a year and a half now and just being told you’re not fertile, it just doesn’t work. It’s hard. It’s really hard.”
