GPA chief Tom Parsons is still scratching his head wondering how a suspension wasn’t put on the controversial skort rule given that a “player welfare concern” is at the heart of the matter.
The skort debacle has dominated the sporting conversation since Kilkenny and Dublin initially made a stand by wearing shorts for their Leinster Senior Camogie semi-final earlier this month.
