Big Homie CC, who previously worked as Sean “Diddy” Combs’ bodyguard, believes that a key trial witness allegedly went missing before taking the stand.

“My gut feeling of what’s going to take place is, well, we’re going to see a lot of strange things take place due to the fact that I know how this world works after working in the industry,” Big Homie (real name Emanuel Newton) said on the Thursday, May 15, broadcast of Piers Morgan Uncensored. “And whenever these trials come about, the closer you get to the trial date, a lot of things start happening to remove people from the case that are going to strengthen the case for the prosecution.”

He added, “I feel like we’re watching that take place now with one of the male sex worker guys, who provided the tapes to the feds. He’s disappeared. … I expect to see a lot of strange things take place, I expect to see the defense team do a lot of steps to lighten the image of Combs, and we’ve been watching that take place.”

Diddy, 55, was indicted by a grand jury and arrested in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He vehemently denied all allegations and pleaded not guilty before a trial began earlier this week.

The trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs began in New York City on May 5 following his September 2024 arrest on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. The process began with jury selection, which was finalized on May 12 before opening arguments started that same day. Diddy, 55, has pleaded […]

“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo told Us last fall. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.”

Within the first few days of the trial, the jury already heard testimony from a male sex worker and Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie. Diddy and the “Me & U” singer, 38, dated on and off from 2007 to 2018. Cassie (real name Casandra Ventura) accused him of repeated sexual assault and abuse, which he’s denied. Throughout the witness testimonies, the two individuals leveled multiple allegations about Diddy and his apparent capabilities for violence.

Big Homie, meanwhile, told broadcaster Piers Morgan that he’s “been poisoned three times” over the years. (The former bodyguard, who now speaks out against human trafficking, did not clarify whether it was Diddy who attempted to poison him.)

Cassie emotionally recounted allegedly being raped by ex-boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs during the mogul’s sex trafficking trial. During the singer’s testimony on Wednesday, May 14, Cassie, 38, recalled a dinner she had with Diddy, 55, in 2018 after she had already begun dating her now-husband, Alex Fine. After Diddy brought Cassie (real name Casandra Ventura) […]

“Along this path, I’ve been poisoned three times. My toxicology report showed cyanide. You know, cyanide metabolizes into pneumonia in your body. So I’ve had pneumonia on three occasions,” Big Homie claimed. “These problems didn’t start for me until I started to speak out about people like this. … You know, it’s been a hard time to line up this interview, because the last time I was scheduled to be in this interview, randomly, our car got hit from the side by a blacked-out vehicle [with] no license plate. That’s happened three times this month so far, somebody didn’t want me to do this interview.”

Big Homie, who stressed that he wants to “see the justice system prevail” in Diddy’s trial, also believes that the disgraced music mogul would want to threaten or intimidate him against speaking up.

“Probably be in his best interest if I [were dead], good luck with that though,” Big Homie added with a laugh. “I’ve been proven to be hard to kill, though.”
