Grace Ann Nader has the inside scoop on sister Brooks Nader’s past relationship with Gleb Savchenko during their Dancing With the Stars days.
“I think day 1, when the sisters met Gleb, we all were like, ‘Oh God damn this is going to be a headache and a whirlwind and this might go on for months and months and months,’” Grace Ann said during a Monday, May 12, appearance on the “Chicks in the Office” podcast.
Grace Ann confirmed to listeners that she could “firsthand” confirm that Brooks and Gleb’s relationship was not “fake or [showmance]” — despite what some DWTS viewers might think.
“Every time I visited Brooks’ trailer — the trailer was shaking every single time,” Grace Ann said. “I never wanted to go in there. I was always knocking. He was always at our house, it was just a lot. So, I think it was very real.”

Brooks, with her jaw dropped, appeared to be horrified by what her sister was saying but actually had an iconic reply.
“The trailer thing was probably why we didn’t win,” Brookes joked. “But what’s a girl to do? I was newly single.”
Brooks, 28, was married to Billy Haire for four years before they announced their split in May 2024. Months later, she went on DWTS and was paired with Savchenko, 41. (Haire has since moved on with Southern Charm alum Naomi Olindo.)
“I said this — you can quote me. I said, ‘I want the hottest douchiest guy.’ I’m newly divorced. I’m in Europe, I’m on a boat. Give me the douchiest hottest,” Brooks recalled. “Day 1, when I met him, I was like, ‘Oh this is perfect.’ This isn’t going to go anywhere serious. I know exactly what I’m going to do here, and it’s going to be like a bit.”
She added, “Day 2, I was in love, and it wasn’t a bit anymore, and I was actually really really into him.”

The pair sparked romance rumors initially after DWTS premiered in September 2024.
“We have a good energy. Like, I think we got good vibes. I mean, it’s nice to be in the room for five hours a day with someone that you get along with,” Savchenko told Us at the time about their partnership. “And also, you know, looking like that. She’s hot.”
They continued their romance even after getting voted off the show. However, Us confirmed that things finally came to an end this past April.
“I was surprised to learn through an article published today … that Brooks has ended our relationship,” he told Us at the time. “The last communication I received from her was a text on April 6th, asking to speak. I called her today in response, but she has not replied.”
