Dairygold has defended its move to issue legal letters to concerned suppliers, hitting out at “personalised and derogatory” online comments targeting individuals and the society.
In a statement, the co-op said it has a duty to protect the reputation of its employees and members, and that the legal action was aimed at removing the remarks and preventing further posts.
