A woman fighting to save her home from being repossessed has said that getting a mortgage when she was 22 ended up being “a burden that cost me my health, relationship and ability to live a normal life”.
Nicola Geraghty (41) and her former partner Aidan Power were approved for a €245,000 mortgage by Irish Life and Permanent (now PTSB) in 2006.
