The Valley’s Zack Wickham isn’t on great terms with both Lala Kent or Scheana Shay.
During the Tuesday, May 6, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Zack, 37, was asked why he “had beef” with Lala, 34, after she appeared on season 2 of The Valley.
“There was just one thing where I said we, maybe, didn’t need to expand our cast,” he admitted. “The thing is we have such a great cast as it was but at the same time, they are part of our friend group. It makes sense if they come in and out.”
Zack noted that there could be more to the story, adding, “She knows why we had beef. It is fine, but we will get over it.”
Elsewhere during WWHL, host Andy Cohen brought up Scheana, which is how Zack revealed he wouldn’t be attending her upcoming 40th birthday party.
“Not both of us. Just one of us was invited,” he hinted. “We have our ups and downs and right now we are [on a valley].”
Scheana, 40, has previously confirmed on her “Scheananigans” podcast that Zack’s feud with The Valley costar Janet Caperna is why they are currently not on good terms. Lala, meanwhile, was more confused about why Zack was writing on social media that she didn’t need to make appearances on their show after Vanderpump Rules was overhauled in late 2024.
“I’ve always liked Zack. I’ve never ever had an issue with him,” Lala explained on an April episode of her “Give Them Lala” podcast. “I’ve only known that he’s had an issue with me because he comments on these little mini Bravo accounts where he clearly does not dig me, which I did not know because every time I’ve seen him, he’s been nice.”
The stars of Vanderpump Rules are no strangers to controversy. Lala questioned Zack’s social media behavior, adding, “I’m OK with people having problems, but I don’t dig it when someone has a problem for free. Like, I don’t understand what the beef is.”
According to Lala, she recently had a run-in with Zack at a friend gathering.
“He’s there. He’s going to this performance. I’m like, ‘Of course the one night I go out, I’ve got this guy showing up who clearly has an issue with me for no reason that I know of,’” she recalled. “I’m like, ‘I’m just going to avoid him and ignore him in a house full of all of six people.’ I just won’t acknowledge his presence because I just want to have a good night. I don’t even know what I would say.”
She concluded: “I’m like, ‘I don’t understand this person.’ This kid is literally beefing with himself in these low-level comment sections.”
