A man who was previously assaulted with a hurl and baseball bat, and was involved in multiple car crashes, has sued for personal injuries for a separate minor accident involving a “mystery” animal.
Kieran Joyce, from Drogheda, Co Louth, claimed to have suffered injuries when a car he was travelling in allegedly hit a traffic pole on a back road outside Birr, Co Offaly, while he was returning from a night out.
