A paediatric nurse was sentenced to jail at Galway Circuit Court yesterday after pleading guilty to “depraved” child abuse offences.
Francisco Valverde Mateo (38), of Ashfield Road, Greenfields, Newcastle, Co Galway, pleaded guilty to secretly recording a naked child in the changing room of a leisure centre.
