Gerry Adams arrives at High Court for second day of BBC defamation case
Former Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams has told the High Court he had “liked” but didn’t have any real dealings with Denis Donaldson, the former party worker who was murdered after being unmasked as a British spy.
Mr Adams (76) said he first met Mr Donaldson in Long Kesh internment camp during the 1970s, when the future Sinn Féin president was interned and Mr Donaldson was serving a prison sentence.
