A garda sergeant told a murder trial he feared “something criminal had occurred” in relation to Tina Satchwell (45) two months after she vanished without trace in 2017.
Retired Garda Sgt John Sharkey told the Central Criminal Court murder trial of English truck driver Richard Satchwell (58) that he sought a search warrant for the home shared by the couple in Youghal, Co Cork in June – less than three months after Mr Satchwell claimed his wife had left their home without warning.
