Worried parents of children treated for spinal and orthopaedic surgery at Dublin children’s hospitals have given Health Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill two weeks to respond with proposals after they called for an independent investigation and the resignation of the Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) board.
Advocacy groups who met with the minister yesterday described the encounter as “constructive”.
