The Valley’s Nia Sanchez and Danny Booko’s move to Santa Clarita, California, has been a major topic on the reality show — and Us Weekly has an exclusive first look at the home they finally purchased.
Throughout season 1 of the Bravo series, Danny, 41, tried to convince his wife, 35, to move north of Los Angeles to nearby Santa Clarita as they continued to expand their family.
Us exclusively announced in December 2024 that the couple is expecting their fourth baby.
“We had a plan. This was a little bit earlier than our plan. But we figured this baby needed to come at a certain time. Just a little earlier than planned,” Nia exclusively told Us at the time, while Danny joked that they wouldn’t stop there, adding, “I think we’re just gonna go for a football team.”
The couple, who already share son Asher, 3, and twins Isabelle and Zariah, 22 months, have since agreed to the move and purchased a new house.
Nia and Danny recently closed on a nearly $1.3 million home in Santa Clarita with five bedrooms, three baths with a large loft/office space, Us can confirm. The house features a spacious backyard with a pool, an upgraded kitchen and the primary bedroom has a balcony to overlooks nearby Plum Canyon.
