Deadguy is back for the first time in 30 years with a new song, a new record, and a new record label home on Relapse Records. Deadguy will release their new record Near-Death Travel Services on June 27 and has announced that bit of chaos with a new single “Kill Fee”.
Deadguy also kept their opinions of the record pretty brief, only saying: “We made a fucking Deadguy record.” Which is fair – they certainly made a record, and from a guy who’s heard the whole thing I can confirm it’s a ripper. I’m also glad that Deadguy came back with something fucking awesome, as opposed to some bands that come back with the record they think everyone wants. This does not feel like that.
