Three “mega deals” resulted in Ireland’s strongest-ever quarter for venture capital funding with €588m raised, according to a new report from KPMG.
The three deals were a $125m (€110m) raise by Eoin Hinchy’s AI security firm Tines, a $120m round by Conor Harley’s medical device company Fire1, and a $120m raise by James Ives’s ocean data services company, XOcean.
