Robbie Williams has said he developed scurvy – “A 1700s pirate disease” as he describes it – from taking an Ozempic-type medication when trying to lose weight.
He said his body dysmorphia causes him to suffer from “Type II self-loathing” when he’s bigger, and this was affecting his mental health so he went on a weight loss drug to help with that. So much to unpick here.
