Just like Us, Anthony Anderson still has to go through customs when traveling internationally — but not so just like Us, the Black-ish alum has been recognized by some of Hollywood’s greats.
“The last person who had no idea who I was was a customs agent in Spain,” Anderson, 54, reveals in his Just Like Us feature in the latest issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now. “Celebrities who have shocked me by knowing who I am are Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep and Sylvester Stallone.”
Anderson plays the first gentleman to Viola Davis’ president of the United States in Prime Video’s action-thriller G20 (streaming now), but we wanted to know what the actor and comedian’s life is like when he isn’t surrounded by Secret Service.
