It will be a largely sunny day on Saturday with some isolated showers throughout the day, while temperatures could reach highs of 13 to 17 degrees.
But it is next week when Ireland will see highs of around 20 degrees in places, with sunny spells and plenty of dry weather forecast.
Met Éireann has forecast a cloudy day on Sunday with some outbreaks of rain and drizzle that will clear from the west and north in the morning, though it will generally be dry.
Highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees are expected, dropping to lows of 9 to 12 degrees overnight.
Another day of mixed cloud and sunshine is expected on Monday when temperatures will reach highs of 14 to 18 degrees, dropping to lows of 6 to 10 degrees overnight.
Tuesday is expected to be a warm and sunny day with highest temperatures of 14 to 19 degrees and lowest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees overnight.
A few showers are possible on Wednesday afternoon but otherwise it will be a dry day with a mix of cloud and sunny spells.

Met Éireann has said nearby high pressure looks likely to bring plenty of dry weather for the rest of the week, with daytime temperatures generally getting into the mid-teens.
