Health Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill will not attend the annual meeting of the Irish Medical Organisation (IMO) which will be held at the end of the week because of “a long standing personal commitment”.
A spokeswoman for the Department of Health said the personal commitment that “predated her appointment as Minister for Health.”
