Emma Wilson is sitting on her couch with her husband Dean, and all around them are photographs of their youngest son Ronan, who was just nine years old when he was killed by a speeding hit-and-run driver while on holiday in Bundoran on the Co Donegal coast.
They were later to learn that the driver then parked his damaged car and went partying with his friends at local bars and an amusement arcade, drinking and taking drugs along the way.
