Actor James Nesbitt was pictured at the Hearth bar in Ballyhackmore this weekend, where he was photographed with fellow fans gearing up to watch McIlroy in Augusta.

Nesbitt – a keen golfer himself – is good friends with McIlroy and teed off with him last September for the Pro-Am at the Irish Open in Royal County Down.
The ‘Cold Feet’ star and north coast native also recently featured in a new Sky series called ‘Golf’s Greatest Holes’, looking at Portrush’s links to the sport.
The six-part series, co-produced by Tourism Ireland, premiered in January and was devoted entirely to the challenging 18 holes of the Dunluce Links at Royal Portrush, ahead of its staging of the 153rd Open Championship this summer.
